If a payment is overdue
Services and paid client-portal access pause when an invoice remains unpaid two days (48 hours) after its due time. Billing, payment, signed documents, and support remain available. Services and paid client-portal access resume once the overdue balance is paid in full and payment is confirmed, subject to any separate account restriction.
A scheduled transfer or pending ACH debit is not confirmation of payment. If a payment is processing, check its status before attempting another payment. No pay-later option is offered.
